Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all purchases and token transactions made on Afflunce.ai, operated by KRAZYFOX TECHNOLOGY PVT. LTD.

2. Token System

Afflunce.ai operates on a token-based system. Tokens are consumed based on the model, video duration, and resolution selected:

Token cost is calculated as duration × tokens-per-second. The exact cost is shown before each generation.

3. Automatic Token Refund

Tokens are automatically refunded in the following cases:

• Generation Failure: If our AI system or the upstream API fails to generate your video, the full token cost is automatically refunded to your account.
• User Cancellation: If you cancel a video while it is still in "queued" or "processing" status, the full token cost is refunded immediately.
• Content Policy Violation: If the request is rejected due to a content policy violation, tokens are not deducted.

4. No Refund Cases

Tokens are NOT refundable in the following cases:

• Completed Videos: Once a video has been successfully generated and the status shows "completed", the tokens used are non-refundable.
• Quality Dissatisfaction: Since AI generation is inherently variable, we cannot guarantee specific artistic outcomes. Tokens are not refunded for subjective quality concerns on completed videos.
• User Error: Incorrect prompts, wrong file uploads, or incorrect settings selected by the user are not grounds for refund.

5. Subscription Cancellation

If you are on a paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Studio):

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Unused tokens from a paid plan do not carry over after cancellation.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

6. Purchased Token Packs

One-time token pack purchases are non-refundable once the tokens have been added to your account. If you experience a technical issue during purchase (e.g., double charge), contact us within 7 days for resolution.
